Thanks for coming through once again. We needed videotapes, duplicated, transferred to PAL and shipped to Germany in record time, and you worked with us to make it happen. This is typical of the service we get from Bright Images. You do top quality work at a reasonable cost, do what you say, and deliver on time. But to me your greatest service is your ability to solve problems when they arise. You have always pitched in to make sure things happen as they should, even when circumstances make it tough.
