FTP Information

If your graphic files are too large to email follow the directions below to send us your files. You can also use this link to send us MP3 files and small video clips.
Graphic Specs
When sending your artwork to us for print; you will need to set you artwork up in a certain way. The things your artwork should have are below:
  • 300 dpi (ppi)
  • at least 1/8 inch bleed (this is the area of your artwork that will not be printed but is needed for trimming and printer drift.)
  • we prefer your artwork to be layered so if you have designed it with layers please retain these for print
  • we accept these file extensions: .PSD, .JPG, .EPS, .AI, .BMP, .PDF, .PNG, .GIF & .TIFF
  • Also note if you are sending us artwork that will be on a disc please do not knock out the artwork where the hole of the disc will be, and also we will need at least 1/8 inch bleed for print.

Login Information

FTP files to: ftp.brightimagesvideo.com via an ftp client using the following information.

User Name: bright-uploads
Password: uploads1

If you have difficulty uploading to our ftp site these are the two main reasons.

  • 1. Have you entered the newest information (user and password). We recently updated our website and in the same process we also made a new FTP site altogether. The newest information is above.
  • 2. If you are entering all the information correctly and it is not working it may be because you are trying to connect to the server through a browser (ex: Internet Explorer or Firefox) rather than using a FTP client. If you are currently using a browser to connect download the free program Filezilla. Click on the following link: http://filezilla-project.org/ . Once on the site click on the Download FileZilla Client icon.

NOTE: Please email graphics@brightimagesvideo.com so that we know you've uploaded your file. We will check the file and confirm that it was received in a workable format.
